Unopened Boxes: Unopened boxes can be returned within the 10-day period without incurring any restocking fees. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
Return Shipping: While returning the product, please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a reliable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Opened Boxes: In the event that you've opened the box, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. We understand that assessing the product might require opening the packaging, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this fee.
Damage or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@southerndroneops.com within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Our team will work swiftly to make the necessary corrections.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a delivery, except for cases of damage or a damaged box, the actual shipping charges incurred will be your responsibility. Once we receive the package back, we'll issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address: In the case of a returned package due to an incorrect address provided by you, there will be an additional shipping charge. This charge applies even if the original shipment was under a free shipping promotion. If you wish to have the package reshipped, a reshipping fee will be applicable.
